Designed for High-Strength Fasteners
300HV hardness prevents washer deformation and maintains clamp load in Grade 10.9 bolted assemblies.

DIN 125-2B Hardened Flat Washers are high-strength chamfered flat washers (Form B) manufactured with a minimum hardness of 300 HV, specifically designed for high-strength bolted joints. Compared with standard 140HV or 200HV washers, DIN 125-2B provides significantly higher bearing strength, preventing washer deformation under heavy preload while ensuring reliable load distribution and joint stability.
Form B washers feature a single-sided chamfer, making them especially suitable for use beneath hexagon bolt heads and nuts with fillet radii, allowing proper seating and reducing localized stress concentration. DIN 125-2B has largely been replaced by ISO 7090 (300HV) while maintaining the same functional purpose and dimensions.

300HV hardness prevents washer deformation and maintains clamp load in Grade 10.9 bolted assemblies.
The precision chamfer seats correctly against bolt-head fillets, minimizing edge stress and improving load distribution.
DIN 125-2B is a hardened Form B flat washer with a chamfered edge and a minimum hardness of 300HV for high-strength bolted joints.
Form A has flat faces without chamfers, while Form B includes a chamfer that accommodates the radius under bolt heads and nuts, improving seating performance.
